In December 1982 the house appeared in the Boston Globe classifieds:

The timing tells a story. Michael Flaherty had bought the house from Angelina Mandile only five months earlier, in July 1982, for $160,000 — ending the Pittorino–Mandile family’s 37 years in the house. By Christmas he had it back on the market at $220,000. The “mod. kit. & baths” almost certainly reflect the kitchen-and-bath remodel permitted that August, three weeks after the purchase.
The flip took a haircut: the house sold in May 1983 to Daniel & Susan Shevitz for $187,000.
